Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Pleco Creator Program (creators.pleco.xyz) and Pleco Foundation careers site (foundation.pleco.xyz), both run by Pleco Ventures, collect and why. For Foundation applicants we also collect your name, role, location, portfolio links and the answers you submit, and use them only to assess your application.

What we collect

• Application details: email address, X handle, Telegram username and any other profile links you choose to share.
• Account details: display name, bio, avatar, the public payout wallet addresses you add, and your submissions, points and balance history.
• Usage data: pages visited, clicks, device type, browser, country and the link or campaign that brought you to the site. For analytics we store only a hash of your IP address. IP addresses on applications and sign-ins are kept for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To review applications, run your account and sign-in codes, review submissions and process payouts.
• To send account emails: approval, sign-in codes, review results, campaign announcements and payout confirmations.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to understand how the site is used and improve it.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for sign-in and for anonymous visit measurement. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that help run the Program (hosting, email delivery) or when required by law.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and as long as needed for payout records. Usage data is deleted automatically after about 13 months.

Your choices

You can update your profile and wallets at any time. To access or delete your data, email ventures@pleco.xyz.
