Understand the system at the atomic level: accounts, instructions, ordering, incentives. If you can't explain what happens inside the block, you're guessing.
Belief comes before evidence. We build it, ship it and prove it under live, adversarial conditions.
We don't measure hours. We measure ownership, output and how hard a problem you were willing to sit with.
Headcount is not leverage. A handful of people with complementary skills who own the whole problem outperform a department.
